So, it’s time for a new two-week challenge from Try Stampin’ on Tuesday –
Challenge #321. Optional Theme : As the Garden Grows
This is a great theme and layout as things are blooming everywhere! So, why not a blooming birthday card??
Isn’t this just the prettiest? I really had forgotten about this stamp set and framelits pair. Sadly, it’s about to retire from Stampin’ Up. I decided I needed to play with it a few more times before it goes to sit on the shelf so more!
The flower is actually two flowers layered together with a dimensional in between them. Of course, a few more behind the flowers and designer series paper layer too! Adds so much drama!
The embossed panel added just enough interest for the card. Makes it a little more dressy!
I created a fabulous card with the layout and the added theme. I hope to have inspired you! Please leave me a nice comment.
You can see the other Design Team cards for inspiration here on our blog . You can link up a card there or on our Facebook page as well! Looking forward to seeing you!

We will have our normal sketch challenge that everyone will be creating with! This is the sketch –
Sketch #295. Optional Theme : Christmas, Dimension
I love, Love, LOVE this layout!
I created this –
Simply stunning, right?
Dimension, here you go –
I added a ribbon bow and raised the layers with actual dimensionals.
Overall, it’s just a pretty sweet card! Looking closely at it, you can see where I outlined the letter in a Stardust Gelly Roll pen. Those are wonderful!! Add such a nice touch of glimmer.
Did you like it? Please leave a comment. In order to be eligible for blog hop prizes, we’d like you to leave a comment on everyone’s blog. The next person to check out is Krafty Kaylin.
You can also play along with our challenge as well! You can do that on the Try Stampin on Tuesday blog or our Facebook page.

Optional Technique : Weaving
This one was a real challenge for me!
But, I persevered and came up with this –
I am so pleased with the way this card turned out. The layout just had me soo stumped!
I kept playing around with these papers and colors……whew.
Another view to see the detailing.
And, yes, the little cottage is fussy cut! And, popped up on dimensionals for some added fun!
I’d love to hear what you think about my take on the sketch! Comments are always appreciated!

This week we have a nice layout to play around with –
Challenge # 281. Optional Theme : Anchors Away
I thought this layout was difficult at first until I pulled out my papers – it came together quite easily.
I was even able to play along with the theme this time too!
This DSP really helped with the theme to make a nice birthday card. I liked that one of the coordinating patterns was light enough to stamp on.
Silver Foil is always hard to photograph but my stars are just a shinning here.
This is a fun sketch to try. Head over to Try Stampin’ Or Not On Tuesday and see what the other designers created. Play along with us on Facebook too!

I love it. Sort of funky fresh! And a little wild!
These colors work so well together.
And, yes, I just had to use this stamp set. Again. And, fussy cut those words!
But look at it. It works so well here. Don’t you agree?
