Watercooler Wednesday #120 – Gail’s Christmas Challenge

Time for a Watercooler Wednesday challenge featuring a little JOY –

Yup. It has come. Christmas in…….MAY!!

I’ll admit, I was a bit stumped to create a Christmas card without much fresh, new Christmas products. I combined some old, some current and some upcoming to create this –

libbystamps, stampin up, Holly Berry Happiness, Eastern Medallions Thinlits, Merry Tags Thinlits, Eastern Palace Specialty DSP, Gold Foil, WWC

And, yes, it did bring me JOY when it was finished! It is quite lovely in person – foil cards never photograph well.

libbystamps, stampin up, Holly Berry Happiness, Eastern Medallions Thinlits, Merry Tags Thinlits, Eastern Palace Specialty DSP, Gold Foil, WWCI hope you have enjoyed the May Christmas inspiration! You should see what the others designed! Some great ideas! Perhaps we have inspired you to pull out your old and newer stuff to join us in our Christmas card challenge this week!

Supplies –

  • Stamp Set – Holly Berry Happiness
  • Framelits – Eastern Medallion, Merry Tags
  • Card Stock – Very Vanilla, Dapper Denim
  • Ink – Dapper Denim
  • DSP – Eastern Palace Specialty
  • Other – Gold Foil, Gold Cord (retired)
Happy Stampin’

  1. Libby this is such a great Christmas card. I love how you combined all the elements especially that piece of Easter Palace DSP. Great colour combo and it does give one a great sense of “JOY”. Thanks for sharing.

  2. I was stumped too Libby – all my Christmas stamps had retired! Eek and this one you used was one of my favourites – love the wording and the inspired use of the medallion xx
