Wacky Watercooler Spring Fever February Blog Hop

I’m back for another fabulous blog hop of paper crafting talent with the Wacky Watercooler!

Our theme this month is Spring Fever! And, boy did I catch it!

I’ve been itching to play with the new Window Box Thinlits and the Basket Bunch stamp set. I think they’d make a great combination! And, they did. Just look at what I created –

A sweet little basket just filled with mini cards!!! I used half, or one, of the basket pieces to create this basket.

Here are the cards individually –

Who doesn’t love a chocolate bunny???

…..and, Peeps? Did someone say, Peeps???

Of course you have your Easter eggs.

And let’s not forget about carrots. Carrots are very springy!

The cards are all 2×3, perfect for tags or little ‘love’ notes!

The basket grass was adhered with dimensionals to give a 3D or stacked appearance.

This little set is just too precious!

  1. Wow Libby! the basket is adorable. It made me go back and look at the Window Box set again. What an enabler you are. My favourite card is the cute little bunnies all lined up in a row. Love, love, love, this! Thanks for sharing.

    • Thanks so much Penny! I truly had a lot of fun creating this little ensemble! And, my apologies for being an enabler…..if we lived closer, we could craft together and you could borrow this….

  2. Libby, love your little Easter Spring basket…it is SOOOOO CUTE!!! And I love your mini cards..what a great idea..Me thinks I might need to add a couple more things to my wish list! 😉

  3. I was reading through the comments and Penny said, “Wow Libby! the basket is adorable. It made me go back and look at the Window Box set again.” I was thinking the same thing and I also went back and looked at the Window Box Thinlits. I have this die set but haven’t used it yet. I now will be CASING your adorable box! TFS

    • Sometimes we will pass over items numerous times because they don’t catch our eye – until, until that one project makes it stand out! Thanks for dropping by Marie!

  4. What a terrific idea, to use only half of one of those Window Boxes to make a fun Easter basket. Love it, Libby! Great work combining those bundles, too. The cards are simple but oh, so adorable. I don’t know which would be my favourite—they’re all so darling.
