Thank You, Peary for CCMC

Thursday, oh how I love thee!

It’s Create with Connie and Mary challenge day today.

This week, we have a sketch challenge to spark your creativity –

ccmc431

I thought about what to do with this sketch and in no time, I came up with this –

libbystamps, stampin up, Fresh Fruit, pear, CCMC431, thank you

Another non-Christmas card. Because this time of the year, we need these too!

libbystamps, stampin up, Fresh Fruit, pear, CCMC431, thank you

I added Dimensionals to every other pear for a little added ‘pop’. And, my fold is on the left side instead of my usual top fold.

The stems are all the same, but I hand cut them using either leaf, not both. Of course, the pears are hand cut too!

I love this card! I can’t wait to send it out! It’s fresh. It’s fun!

And, backed in Real Red instead of Crumb Cake, it would make a nice Christmas thank you – even with the pears!

Check out what the other designers created at Create with Connie and Mary and join us! Challenges are really fun!

Supplies –

  • Stamp Set – Fresh Fruit
  • Card Stock –Old Olive, Pear Pizzaz, Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip
  • Ink – Garden Green
Happy Stampin’

  1. This is so cute!!! I really like the different colors between the small and big pears. I like your idea of a pear Christmas theme and think it would be really cool! I don’t have this set, but would love to see it done!

  2. So cute! Love the row of pears…and it is “pear”fect for any occasion! Great job with the sketch this week!
